How quickly can care start?
For most families we can begin within a few days of the in-home assessment. Urgent situations (hospital discharge, sudden need) are usually handled same-week — call us and we'll work to make it happen.
What does it cost? Do you accept insurance?
We accept PASSPORT Medicaid Waiver, MyCare Ohio, VA benefits for eligible veterans, and private pay. We'll walk you through what fits and what's covered on a free consultation — no commitment.
How do you choose the right caregiver?
We match on both skills and personality. Continuity matters: the same caregiver(s) come back so your loved one builds a real relationship — not a different stranger every week.
Can you help with dementia or memory care?
Yes. Our caregivers are trained in calm, structured support for Alzheimer's and dementia, including redirection, routine-building, and family education.
Do you support veterans?
Yes — including help navigating VA benefits whether your loved one already qualifies, hasn't applied yet, or is a surviving spouse. We have experience with the paperwork.
